We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Damaged Items:
In the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged item, we kindly request that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Our courier company has a strict policy regarding damages reported after this time period, and unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any claims beyond this point.

Packaging Requirements:
To qualify for a return, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the item has been installed or shows signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.

Incorrect Size:
It is essential for customers to carefully select the correct size when ordering wardrobes or other furniture items. We kindly remind you that the customer is fully responsible for ensuring the accurate size is ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.
